Todayâs Very SadđNews !! Jenn’s Heartbreaking Update on Her Husband’s Cancer Diagnosis.
Sister Wives fans know of several people, either in the cast or related to the cast, who have been fighting cancer.
Well, the latest news is not about Janelle Brown, who was treated for skin cancer in 2021.
And, itâs not about the ex-husband of Robyn Brown, David Preston Jessop. Instead, itâs about Jenn Sullivanâs husband.
Jenn Is Quite New To The Cast
Jenn Sullivanâs been hanging with Meri Brown for many years. In fact, long before Meri left Kody, she and Jenn brought out their weekly Fridays With Friends Instagram Live. Sheâd been managing the Lizzieâs Heritage Inn in Parowan since Meriâs mom passed away. And more recently, she appeared in support of Meri on the show.

If you hadnât heard, the news about Shawnâs cancer arrived early this year. Unfortunately, medical professionals diagnosed him with a rare form of cancer known as âSarcoma.â
Heâs been under the knife and began radiation treatment. This month, Jenn updated her TLC fans on how the disease presented.
The Cancer Update
Fans of Sister Wives like Jenn, so they hope that Shawn will soon recover. In this monthâs update, she explained more about which type of cancer Shawn suffers from. Sheâs been doing a lot of awareness posts about cancer, and in one of them, she explained more about the diagnosis
In her post that came accompanied by a wreath announcing that July is âSarcoma Awareness Month,â she explained that initially, her husband thought a bug had bitten him. However, it was much more serious than that. She said:
He swore it was just a bug bite â even remembered slapping at his calf while Iâm his truck and thinking it was another mosquito. The bump grew slowly at first. We saw doctors and specialists who thought it was a cyst or a lipoma. After finally having a doctor agree to remove it and then biopsy it, we learned it was actually Sarcoma.
Well, there are more types of sarcoma than just one, and Jenn Sullivan told her followers that it turned out he was incorrectly diagnosed with âAngiosarcoma.â Instead, it was âmyxoid liposarcoma.â
Unfortunately, it started spreading into more bumps. So, she gave her TLC fans advice, telling them to take photos and monitor bumps carefully. Early treatment can be very important.
