‘Beyond the Gates’ Star Jibre Hordges Debuts Steamy New Tubi Thriller ‘Rhythm & Blood’
On Beyond the Gates, star Jibre Hordges plays Detective Jacob Hawthorne, but now Hordges has taken to social media to announce his new film Rhythm & Blood, where he plays Raymond, a bodyguard who falls for his pop megastar client.
The actor took to his personal Instagram to promote the film. Hordges shared the trailer for Rhythm and Blood along with the movie trailer.

Hordges shared a quick preview of the film along with the following caption, “What happens when the head of security falls in love with the woman he’s supposed to be protecting? Things can get wild. The switch up was insane though 🤯 Raymond went from smooth to crazy. And why he raise his voice like that? 😱

Discussing the creation of the movie, Hordges said, “I had a lot of fun filming this one. We really built a family amongst the cast & crew, which made coming to set everyday fun, and being able to grow with each other was gratifying.
It’s important to create that environment and relationship with your cast mates because it makes filming effortless and allows relationships to shine and flow naturally on screen 🙌🏾”
Rhythm & Blood also stars Tyler Abron, Kajuana S. Marie, Brendan Hoshay, Zing Ashford, Brandon Ball, Boinata Brisker, Lydia Castro, John N. Dixon, Joslyn Y Hall, Kai Malik, Essynce Moore, and Jaylin Randolph. The film was written by Yvette Wren and directed by Jaira Thomas.
