After a break from the spotlight, Ryan Paevey is making his television comeback, and fans are swarming his latest social media post hoping for a General Hospital return.
He’s Back!
After Paevey departed from GH in 2018, the actor went on to have a successful career as a “Hallmark Hunk,” appearing in several Hallmark Channel romcoms and Christmas movies. But as of late, Paevey has been nowhere to be seen on-screen.
Now, the actor has taken to Instagram to share a major update with his fans. After noting he had “irons in the fire on the big screen and the small screen,” Paevey shared a handsome new headshot with the caption being a simple but teasy eyes emoji.
While there’s no word on exactly what these irons are, many darted to the comment section to share their hopes it was a Port Charles return.
“We’ll see you on #GH? Drop a hint for us,” one hopeful fan wrote, while another whacked out the all caps for, “OR A GH RETURN!! That would be phenomenal.”
“We would love to see you back on GH. I live to go back and watch all the episodes you are in on General Hospital,” another commented. Paevey played Detective Nathan West from 2013-2018 until the character was killed by Faison (Anders Hove) and replaced at the PCPD by Chase (Josh Swickard).
