And her words are leaving fans both inspired and heartbroken.

Baylen revealed that she recently began taking a GLP-1 medication after gaining around 20 pounds due to another prescription. While she says the physical transformation has been noticeable — she has already lost several pounds — the emotional impact has been even bigger.

“I am more confident and happy than I’ve ever been in my life,” she admitted.

But behind that confidence lies years of pain few viewers fully understood. Baylen openly spoke about battling body dysmorphia, binge eating, bulimia, and anorexia throughout her life. For someone constantly in the public eye, the pressure became overwhelming during filming for Season 2 of Baylen Out Loud.

“I did not like how I looked. I did not like myself,” she confessed emotionally.

Now, however, Baylen says she is finally learning to separate her self-worth from a number on a scale. Instead of obsessing over pounds lost, she focuses on how she feels when she looks in the mirror — a message many fans are praising as powerful and refreshing.

The interview also touched on the cruel reality of internet criticism. Baylen admitted that hateful comments about her body and her Tourette syndrome used to deeply affect her mental health. Over time, though, she has developed a thicker skin.

“I used to let it hurt me,” she said. “Now I don’t care.”

Still, the misconceptions surrounding Tourette syndrome continue to frustrate her. Baylen explained that many people wrongly assume individuals with Tourette’s “tick” nonstop every second of the day. In reality, symptoms vary dramatically depending on stress, focus, environment, and emotional state.

“Tourette’s is a spectrum,” she explained. “Everyone is different.”

She also addressed the accusations from critics who claim she exaggerates or fakes her symptoms for attention. Baylen made it clear that living with Tourette syndrome is something she experiences every single day — whether cameras are present or not.

Her honesty has become one of the reasons viewers connect so strongly with her.

Beyond health and advocacy, the conversation also turned toward Baylen’s future in reality television. Now three seasons into Baylen Out Loud, fans are increasingly wondering how long she plans to keep sharing her private life with millions of viewers.

Baylen admitted she does believe she still has “a Season 4 in her,” but stopped short of officially confirming her return.

“We’ll have to find out,” she teased.

At the same time, she acknowledged that one day she may step away from the cameras entirely — especially if she feels she has already raised enough awareness about Tourette syndrome.

Perhaps most touching of all was her discussion about the future she hopes to build with her fiancé. While Baylen says she dreams of becoming a mother someday, she also worries about exposing future children to public attention and online scrutiny.

“There’s a lot of creepy people out there,” she admitted honestly.

For fans, the interview showed something deeper than reality-TV drama or viral clips. It revealed a young woman fighting to love herself while carrying the weight of fame, chronic illness, and constant public judgment.

And judging by the emotional response online, viewers are more invested in Baylen’s journey now than ever before.
